Q: Do you provide Free shipping within the U.A.E and GCC?

 

A: Shipping within the United Arab Emirates:

 

KYRA.ae offers "Free" Shipping to all customers within the UAE, on all products Ordered online, with a minimum value of AED 750 and above ie: USD 200. Please note: Gold Bullion and Gold Coins are not included.

 

Items Ordered of values lower than AED 750 or USD 200

a. Can be collected from our office directly by contacting our Customer service department On (Whatsapp)+971-50-585-2400

 

b. We can arrange to deliver via courier the items to you. This service comes at a fixed delivery fee of AED 20 within the UAE.

 

c. Delivery service is provided within the Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter. In such cases, we would kindly request you to arrange a pickup of your orders from an alternate location or from our Office. 

  

B: Shipping to GCC countries other than UAE. ( KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait )

 

At KYRA, We offer free Shipping to GCC countries for products with a minimum value above AED 1500 or USD 400 approx. ( Gold Bullion and Gold Coins not included)

 

Items purchased online of a lower value than AED 1500 or USD 400 approx will carry a fixed delivery fee of AED 80 per shipment.

  

Q: Do you Ship Internationally, is it Free?

 

A: KYRA.ae is working hard on offering Free International Shipping in the near future, however Currently it comes at a 'Cost' ie: a nominal fee relevant to the Port of Destination.

All international orders will be shipped, with an additional charge (at COST), via FedEx International Priority®.(Or with our logistic partners)

How much is it ? : Well, It varies for different Countries, our customer service department will get in touch with you regarding the shipping charges, once you've made your purchase, or if you would like to know more prior to purchase. Please note that all international shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities of the U.A.E and of the relative Port of import. Any/All Billing and Shipping information contained will be provided to the concerned authorities as part of the customs Clearance Procedures at the Exit and Entry Points. 

 

Q: Who will deliver my order?

 

 A: For local deliveries within Dubai, in most cases, KYRA.ae uses its own in house team of messengers and drivers. For regional and International shipments KYRA.ae has tied up with some of the leading names in the shipping and logistics industry like Aramex, FedEx, Transgaurd (Emirates Group), and other leading regional and international companies, to deliver your shipments Safely, Securely and on time. However, KYRA.ae reserves the right to change the shipping partner as per business needs.

  

 

Q: Can I track my order online?

 

 A: Yes, You can always track your orders once the payment is received and the Order has been processed by clicking on the “Track My Order” for Fedex Shipments and Track Your Aramex Shipment at the bottom of our website. Alternatively you may  (Whatsapp)+971-50-585-2400 message our Customer service team, who will be able to provide you with the same. This feature provides you with the most recent update on orders placed by you on our web portal www.kyra.ae or with an Agent via Whatsapp.

 

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to reach me?

 

 A: All Online purchases will be shipped the "Same Day" if ordered before 2.00 PM or the very "Next Day" if ordered in the second half of the day.

Please note: Deliveries are subject to the date of Confirmation of Payment, Any unforeseen delays (like the recent Pandemic) or similar logistical issues, can be tracked online directly by you on 'Track My Shipment' or by contacting us via  (Whatsapp)+971-50-585-2400 and you will also be informed by our Customer Service staff at www.kyra.ae. (we work from Saturday to Thursday, 9.30 am to 7.00 pm, excluding UAE public holidays)

 

 

Q: What happens if the order delivered to me is Damaged/Broken?

 

A: We at KYRA.ae stand by every piece of jewelry we sell and warrant that at all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.  We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or digitally signing the delivery note given by the delivery agent. In the unforeseen event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry received, please contact our Customer Service department  (Whatsapp)+971-50-585-2400 who will assist you with the process.

 

Q: Do I pay additional charges, duties, taxes, etc. upon receipt of my Order?

 

 A: For "Local Orders" within the UAE, the KYRA.ae representative handling your Order will notify you of the net amount payable inclusive of any/all charges, before processing the delivery.

For all International Orders purchased Online and shipped via our courier partners, the KYRA.ae representative handling your Order will notify you of the net amount payable inclusive of any/all charges, however, the Customer is responsible to comply with laws and regulations for import of the merchandise ordered into the Port of Destination(Country). 

 

Q: What about Customs?

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or Other handling charges will be borne by the Customer. We have no control over these charges and can only provide rough estimates at the time of your purchase as the import laws are different for different countries and are constantly evolving.

In most cases, the courier company, delivering the parcel is advised by the local customs authority about the taxes or import duties if any. The local office of the Courier company will then contact you to update the same. If you are tracking the order online the message on the tracking of the airwaybill will mention "Held in Customs - Awaiting Duty and Tax Payment"

Q: Is my order placed with www.kyra.ae, Fully Insured?

 

 A: Yes, all orders placed with kyra.ae are 100% fully Insured by us and our logistic partners, from the time it leaves our fulfillment facility in Dubai till it reaches your doorstep, Digital Signatures of the Person receiving the package will be maintained as proof of delivery in case of any discrepancies.
