<p>KYRA.ae offers <strong>Free</strong> Shipping to all customers within the Dubai UAE, on all products ordered online, with a minimum value of <strong>AED 750 and above</strong> i.e.: USD 200. For all other emirates except Dubai, a flat 30 aed applies to all order.</p>
<p>Items ordered of values <strong>lower than</strong> AED 750 or USD 200: Flat 30 aed </p>
<p>a. <p>b. We can arrange to deliver via courier the items to you. This service comes at a fixed delivery fee of AED 20 within the UAE.</p>
<p>c. Delivery service is provided within the Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter. In such cases, we would kindly request you to arrange a pickup of your orders from an alternate location or from our Office.</p>
<h2><strong>B: Shipping to GCC countries other than UAE (KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait)</strong></h2>
<p>At KYRA, we are working hard to offer free shipping to GCC countries; however, currently, for products with a minimum value above <strong>AED 2000</strong> or USD 500 approx. There is a flat fee of Aed 150</p>
<p>Items purchased online of a <strong>lower</strong> value than <strong>AED 2000</strong> or USD 500 approx will carry a delivery fee of minimum AED 180 per shipment (t's & c's apply.)</p>

<p><strong>A:</strong> KYRA.ae is working hard on offering <strong>Free</strong> International Shipping in the near future, however currently it comes at a 'Cost' i.e.: a nominal fee relevant to the Port of Destination.</p>
<p>All international orders will be shipped, with an additional charge (at COST), via FedEx International Priority®. (Or with our logistic partners)</p>
<p><strong>How much is it?</strong> Well, it varies for different Countries, our customer service department will get in touch with you regarding the shipping charges, once you've made your purchase, or if you would like to know more prior to purchase. We deliver your shipments safely, securely, and on time at your doorstep. For regional and international shipments, KYRA.ae has tied up with some of the leading names in the shipping and logistics industry, like Aramex, FedEx, Transgaurd (Emirates Group), and other leading regional and international companies, to deliver your shipments safely, securely, and on time. However, KYRA.ae reserves the right to change the shipping partner as per business needs.</p>

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or digitally signing the delivery note given by the delivery agent. <p>For all <strong>International Orders</strong> purchased online and shipped via our courier partners, the <a href="https://kyra.ae/">KYRA.ae</a> representative handling your Order will notify you of the net amount payable inclusive of any/all charges, however, the Customer is responsible to comply with laws and regulations for import of the merchandise ordered into the Port of Destination (Country).</p>

<p><strong>A:</strong> <strong>Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other handling charges will be borne by the Customer.</strong> We have no control over these charges and can only provide rough estimates at the time of your purchase as the import laws are different for different countries and are constantly evolving.</p>
<p>In most cases, the courier company delivering the parcel is advised by the local customs authority about the taxes or import duties if any. The local office of the Courier company will then contact you to update the same. If you are tracking the order online the message on the tracking of the airwaybill will mention "Held in Customs - Awaiting Duty and Tax Payment"</p>
